Attendees will include CPHC® professionals, Phius Certified Builders, Phius Certified Raters and Verifiers, international professionals, architects, designers, developers, policy makers, students and more.

In the unlikely event that your requested space becomes unavailable between your registration submission and confirmation email from the Phius team, your purchase will be eligible for a 100% refund if you are dissatisfied with a proposed alternate exhibit location.

Larger/double spaces may be accommodated by request. Smaller/table only spaces may be made available with sufficient interest.

Exhibit Hall Opening: Wednesday, October 13, 5:30pm

Core Conference Day 1: Thursday, October 14, 8:00am-7:30 pm

Core Conference Day 2: Friday, October 15, 8:00am-3:00pm

Exhibit tear-down: Friday, October 15, 3:00-5:00pm

Cancellation policy and general terms:

Conference booth, table, staff, and miscellaneous sponsorship cancellation requests made to conference@phius.org by September 22, 2021 will be refunded, subject to a $100 processing fee. Cancellation requests received on or after September 23, 2021 will receive a 75% refund. We are unable to provide refunds on advertising or sponsorship once materials have gone live (online) or to print. Payment is required within 30 days of invoicing. If payment is not received within 30 days, the exhibitor’s booth reservation is subject to reservation by any subsequent exhibitors who opt to register for a booth.
